SHIPPING POLICY

At Leora Jeweluxe, we are committed to delivering your beautiful artificial jewelry to you quickly and securely. We understand you're excited to receive your new pieces, and we strive to process and ship your orders as efficiently as possible.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within [1-3] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM  on a business day, or on weekends/public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., festive sales, new launches), processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always communicate any significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (Domestic - India)

We partner with reputable courier services such as Blue Dart, DTDC , India Post, etc. to ensure reliable delivery across India.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery Time: [3-7] business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
    • Metropolitan Areas: [3-5] business days
    • Other Cities/Towns: [5-7] business days
    • Remote Locations: May take up to [7-10] business days
  • Express Shipping (If Offered):

    • Estimated Delivery Time: [1-3] business days from the date of dispatch for most major cities.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping:

    • A flat rate of ₹49 will be applied to all orders below ₹ 999.
    • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over ₹ 999

 

  • Express Shipping (If Offered):

    • Express shipping will incur an additional charge of ₹150-250 calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the courier company's website. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly.


5. Shipping Limitations & Address Accuracy

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any re-shipping costs due to an incorrect address will be borne by the customer.
  • P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO Addresses: We generally do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will usually make [e.g., 2-3] attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping fees will apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If your package arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Immediately contact our customer service team at WhatsApp with clear photos of the damaged package/product within [e.g., 24 hours] of attempted delivery.
  • Lost in Transit: While rare, if your package is not delivered within the estimated timeframe and the tracking shows no further movement for  7 business days after dispatch, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier company. Please allow  5-7 business days for the investigation to be completed. If confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement shipment or a full refund.

7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • Currently, Leora Jeweluxe primarily ships within India.
