RETURN / REFUND POLICY

1. Policy Overview

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, with all original tags, labels, and protective films intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

Your item is eligible for return/refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item upon delivery.
  • You received an incorrect item (different from what you ordered).

Items NOT eligible for Return or Exchange (Due to Hygiene & Nature of Product):

  • Earrings, Nose Pins, and any other body piercing jewelry: For hygiene reasons, these items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
  • Worn or Used Items: Any item showing signs of wear, damage not reported at the time of delivery, alteration, or removed tags will not be accepted.
  • Items without Original Packaging: Products returned without their original Leora Jeweluxe packaging (boxes, pouches, etc.) will be rejected.
  • Customized or Personalized Items: Products that have been personalized or custom-made for you.
  • "Final Sale" or "Clearance" Items: Items explicitly marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Free Gifts or Promotional Items: These cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify our customer support team within [48 hours] of receiving your order for damaged/incorrect items, or within [7 days] for change of mind returns. so we will re-deliver either exchange or replace product with in 7 - 14 days.
  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include:
    • Your Order Number.
    • The name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
    • Reason for return/exchange (e.g., "damaged," "incorrect item,
    • For Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items: Attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the damage, defect, or the incorrect item received. This is mandatory for such claims.
  3. Await Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request within [1-2] business days. Upon approval, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the item, including the return address and any necessary return authorization.
  4. Pack Securely: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and protective materials are intact.
  5. Ship Back: Dispatch the package as per our instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • For Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items: If your return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Leora Jeweluxe will cover the return shipping costs. We may arrange for a reverse pickup or provide you with a shipping label.

5. Refund Credit

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed within [5-7] business days from the date we receive the returned item.
  • Refund Method:
    • Prepaid Orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking): The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow an additional [3-7] business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

6. Exchange Process

  • For Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items: Upon verification, we will promptly dispatch a replacement of the same item. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or store credit as per your preference.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund (including shipping charges) will be processed.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, choose to refuse delivery, and the order will be treated as a change of mind return, subject to our standard return policy and charges.
